Prepare to meet thy God

"Prepare to meet thy God O Israel". Amos 4:12 "Be ye also ready for in such an hour as you think not the son of man cometh." Math. 24:44

death is inevitable. Are you ready! Many believe that death comes usually at old age. This is not so. Death could come at any time. Are you prepared to meet with your Maker, when He comes knocking? God can come for you at anytime. He may not give you notice.
"Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the Goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his houses to be broken.
"Therefore be ye also ready for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh. Blessed be that servant, whom his Lord when he cometh shall find so doing - (PREPARED TO MEET WITH HIM).

"Verily I say unto you, that he shall make him ruler over all his goods. But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, my Lord delayeth his coming.
"And shall begin to smite his fellow servant, and to eat and drink with the drunken.
The Lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of. And shall cut him asunder and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites. THERE SHALL BE WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH"
Math. 24:42 -51.

In the twinkling of an eye death could come and your appointment with the Lord becomes a certainty. How prepared are you. Are you scared of the evil deeds you have done? Are you aware that this world is not our permanent home?
We are just passing through. Are you aware that we shall give account of all we have done on earth?
Before you leave this world nothing hid about you that shall not come to pass. Forever O Lord your word is settled forever. Why not reconcile yourself with God on a daily basis - seeing each day as your possible last day on earth. "For there is nothing covered that shall not be revealed; hid that shall not be known" Math 10:26. It is better that your sins and atrocities are revealed this side of the world than to have them displayed to you by God. It will be too late to repent.
God knows your past and your future. He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending. Rev. 1:8. God knows all things. John 3:36-38.

God knows what is in the darkness He revealeth the deep and secret things. He knoweth what is in the darkness and the light dwelth with him (Dan. 2:22). You should be joking to ever think that all your evil deeds will not count against you here on earth and in death. All those who kill, stole public fund, committed adultery and such unspeakable evils shall face the wraught of God unless they repent and forsake such deeds. They shall not see the Lord their God. It is advisable to prepare thy self on a daily basis to meet with the God.

"Blessed are the undefiled in the way who walk in the law of the Lord. Blessed are they that keep his testimonies and that seek him with the whole heart. They also do no iniquity. They walk in his ways. Psm. 119:1-5. Have a pure heart towards man/God. God knows your motives. I Sam. 2:3, for the Lord is a God of knowledge and by him actions are weighed. You cannot deceive God.

RECONCILIATION
Why not turn a new leaf now. Tomorrow may be too late. Reconcile yourself with your God and be totally ready to answer his call when he calls on you. These things said the Lord: "Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remains, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works, perfect before God.
"Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold FAST, and REPENT. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.
He that overcometh the same shall be clothed in white raiment, and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my father, and before his angles. He that hath an ear let him hear what the spirit saith". Rev. 3:1-6.
